1. Service
HearYes is a tool for creating and delivering a date invitation to a specific person you already know. It is not a dating marketplace, matching service, social network, or emergency/safety service.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally permitted to use HearYes and must comply with applicable law and app-store rules.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the names, messages, date details, location information, and other content you enter. You must have a legitimate and appropriate reason to contact the recipient and the right to use the content you submit.
4. Respect and consent
The recipient must remain free to say Yes, Maybe, or Not this time. You may not use HearYes for harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, discrimination, humiliation, impersonation, fraud, illegal content, sexual exploitation, or repeated unwanted contact.
5. Private links
Invitation URLs are intended for the chosen recipient. You are responsible for how you share the link. Anyone who obtains the link may be able to open the invitation.
6. Reports and enforcement
Recipients can report invitations. We may investigate, restrict, disable, remove, or preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms.
7. Payments
When paid sending is enabled, the app will show the applicable one-time price before purchase. Purchases may be processed by Google Play, Apple, or another authorised payment provider. Refunds and charge handling may also be subject to the rules of the store/provider used.
8. No guaranteed outcome
HearYes helps present a question. We do not guarantee that the recipient will open the invitation, respond, agree to a date, attend, or form any relationship.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Intellectual property
HearYes branding, software, interface, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your own content remains yours, subject to the limited rights needed for us to process it to provide the service.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HearYes is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Governing framework
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator in Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.

1. Servicio
HearYes es una herramienta para crear y entregar una invitación de cita a una persona concreta que ya conoces. No es un marketplace de citas, servicio de matching, red social ni servicio de emergencia/seguridad.
2. Edad y uso legal
Debes poder usar HearYes legalmente y cumplir la legislación aplicable y las reglas de la tienda correspondiente.
3. Tu responsabilidad
Eres responsable de los nombres, mensajes, datos de la cita, lugar y demás contenido que introduces. Debes tener un motivo legítimo y apropiado para contactar con la persona y derechos sobre el contenido enviado.
4. Respeto y consentimiento
La persona destinataria debe poder responder Sí, Quizá o Esta vez no libremente. Está prohibido usar HearYes para acoso, amenazas, stalking, coacción, discriminación, humillación, suplantación, fraude, contenido ilegal, explotación sexual o contacto repetido no deseado.
5. Enlaces privados
Los enlaces están pensados para la persona elegida. Eres responsable de cómo los compartes. Cualquiera que obtenga el enlace podría abrir la invitación.
6. Reportes y medidas
Las invitaciones pueden reportarse. Podemos investigar, limitar, desactivar, retirar o conservar información cuando sea razonablemente necesario por abuso, seguridad, obligaciones legales o incumplimiento de estos Términos.
7. Pagos
Cuando se active el envío de pago, la app mostrará el precio único aplicable antes de comprar. Google Play, Apple u otro proveedor autorizado puede procesar la compra y aplicar sus reglas de reembolso.
8. Sin resultado garantizado
HearYes ayuda a presentar una pregunta. No garantiza que la persona abra la invitación, responda, acepte, asista a la cita o que exista una relación posterior.
9. Disponibilidad y cambios
Podemos mejorar, modificar, suspender o retirar funciones. Intentamos ofrecer un servicio fiable, pero no prometemos disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni ausencia total de errores.
10. Propiedad intelectual
La marca, software, interfaz y materiales originales de HearYes están protegidos. Tu contenido sigue siendo tuyo, salvo los derechos limitados necesarios para procesarlo y prestar el servicio.
11. Exenciones y responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por ley, HearYes se presta «según disponibilidad». Nada limita derechos o responsabilidades que legalmente no puedan excluirse, incluidas protecciones obligatorias del consumidor.
12. Marco legal
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación aplicable al operador del servicio en España, sin limitar los derechos obligatorios del consumidor que correspondan en tu país de residencia.

HearYes — инструмент для создания и доставки приглашения на свидание конкретному человеку, которого вы уже знаете. Это не дейтинг-маркетплейс, не сервис подбора пары, не социальная сеть и не служба экстренной помощи.
2. Возраст и законность
Вы должны иметь законное право пользоваться HearYes и соблюдать применимое законодательство и правила магазина приложений.
3. Ваша ответственность
Вы отвечаете за имена, сообщения, дату, место и другой контент, который вводите. У вас должна быть законная и уместная причина связаться с получателем и права на отправляемый контент.
4. Уважение и согласие
Получатель должен свободно выбирать: Да, Может быть или Не в этот раз. HearYes нельзя использовать для угроз, преследования, давления, дискриминации, унижения, выдачи себя за другого человека, мошенничества, незаконного контента, сексуальной эксплуатации или повторных нежелательных контактов.
5. Приватные ссылки
Ссылка предназначена выбранному получателю. Вы отвечаете за то, как её распространяете. Любой человек, который получит ссылку, потенциально сможет открыть приглашение.
6. Жалобы и меры
Получатель может пожаловаться на приглашение. Мы можем расследовать, ограничивать, отключать, удалять или сохранять связанную информацию, если это разумно необходимо для борьбы со злоупотреблениями, безопасности, выполнения закона или соблюдения этих Условий.
7. Оплата
Когда платная отправка будет включена, приложение покажет разовую цену до покупки. Оплату могут обрабатывать Google Play, Apple или другой авторизованный платёжный провайдер; их правила могут применяться к возвратам.
8. Результат не гарантируется
HearYes помогает красиво задать вопрос. Мы не гарантируем, что человек откроет приглашение, ответит, согласится на свидание, придёт на него или вступит в отношения.
9. Доступность и изменения
Мы можем улучшать, менять, приостанавливать или прекращать функции. Мы стремимся к стабильной работе, но не обещаем абсолютную бесперебойность и отсутствие ошибок.
10. Интеллектуальная собственность
Бренд HearYes, программа, интерфейс и оригинальные материалы защищены законом. Ваш собственный контент остаётся вашим, кроме ограниченных прав, необходимых нам для его обработки и оказания сервиса.
11. Отказ от гарантий и ответственность
В максимально разрешённой законом степени HearYes предоставляется «по мере доступности». Ничто здесь не отменяет обязательные права потребителя и ответственность, которую нельзя исключить законом.
12. Применимое право
Условия регулируются правом, применимым к оператору сервиса в Испании, без ограничения обязательных прав потребителя, которые могут действовать в стране вашего проживания.
