Request deletion
Email borman2@ukr.net with the subject HearYes data deletion.
If you are the sender
Include the recipient name, approximate creation date, and—if available—the invitation URL or invitation identifier. Do not send your owner secret to anyone except HearYes Support when specifically requested through an official support channel.
If you are the recipient
Include the invitation URL (or enough information for us to identify it) and state that you are requesting deletion as the recipient.
Verification
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and avoid deleting another person's data by mistake.
What deletion covers
Once a valid request is completed, the relevant invitation record, response, and linked abuse reports are deleted unless we must retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute reasons.
Local data
Local drafts and preferences stored only on your device can be removed from inside the app or by clearing/uninstalling the app, depending on the feature.

Si eres el remitente
Incluye nombre del destinatario, fecha aproximada de creación y, si la tienes, URL o identificador. No compartas tu owner secret con nadie salvo Soporte oficial si te lo solicita específicamente.
Si eres el destinatario
Incluye la URL de la invitación o información suficiente para localizarla y explica que solicitas la eliminación como destinatario.
Verificación
Podemos pedir información razonable para verificar la solicitud y evitar borrar datos de otra persona por error.
Qué se elimina
Una vez validada la solicitud, se eliminan la invitación, la respuesta y reportes vinculados, salvo información mínima que debamos conservar por ley, seguridad, prevención de fraude o disputas.
Datos locales
Los borradores y preferencias que estén solo en tu dispositivo pueden eliminarse desde la app o borrando/desinstalando la aplicación, según la función.

Напиши на borman2@ukr.net с темой HearYes data deletion.
Если ты отправитель
Укажи имя получателя, примерную дату создания и, если есть, ссылку или идентификатор приглашения. Не передавай owner-secret никому, кроме официальной поддержки HearYes, если она отдельно запросит его через официальный канал.
Если ты получатель
Укажи ссылку на приглашение или достаточно информации, чтобы его найти, и сообщи, что просишь удаление как получатель.
Проверка
Мы можем запросить разумно необходимую информацию, чтобы проверить запрос и не удалить чужие данные по ошибке.
Что удаляется
После подтверждения запроса удаляются соответствующее приглашение, ответ и связанные жалобы, кроме минимальной информации, которую мы обязаны сохранить из-за закона, безопасности, предотвращения мошенничества или спора.
Локальные данные
Черновики и настройки, которые находятся только на устройстве, можно удалить в приложении либо очисткой/удалением приложения — в зависимости от функции.
